Lilian Koh won the prize in the underwater life category. The photo titled Fish Eats Fish shows one fish inside the mouth of another fish.

More than 170,000 discounted SIA tickets to go on sale in November

The discounted tickets can be purchased at SIA’s physical event from Nov 3-5 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre Halls 405 and 406. Tickets will also be available online between Nov 3 and 16 on the SIA website, mobile app, as well as through SIA-appointed travel agents.

Singaporeans and PRs who are keen to further their studies at NTU will be able to receive subsidy

From 2024 they will be able to receive a $5,000 subsidy for some master's degrees. All NTU alumni will also receive a 10% tuition fee rebate when they enrol in these programmes.

Singaporean wins 2nd place in European mahjong championship

Singaporean Kee Chung Low, 39, started playing mahjong in secondary school. He he participated in the Championship, which was held from Oct. 13 to Oct. 15 in Valencia, Spain, because he wanted to do Singapore proud while getting a taste of Spanish culture.
