Istana open house on November 12 to celebrate Deepavali

The Istana will be opened to the public from 8.30am to 6pm on Nov 12 in celebration of Deepavali. Visitors can look forward to enjoying instrument, dance and band performances by students from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, St Margaret’s School, Yishun Secondary School and Bukit Timah Primary School. The Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society and Team Fusion will also be performing.

Artbox 2024 to be held at S'pore Expo Hall 6 on Jan. 26-28 & Feb. 2-4, 2024 weekends

The event, touted as the largest all-day creative night festival with retail, food and games on offer, takes up 105,000 sq ft of the Singapore Expo Hall 6. Visitors can also expect roving activities featuring cultural performances and dance, and dedicated activity zones.

New hotels and shopping complexes are coming to Sentosa on Resort World Sentosa land

Genting Singapore Group has been granted permission to develop a 21243 square metre site. They will build 700 hotel rooms and about 20,000 square metres for retail.
