Film screenings to be held in Singapore within the International Short Film Days Festival

On February 6-11, Russia-Singapore Business Council (RSBC) in cooperation with the Russian House in Singapore will organize film screenings within the International Short Film Days Festival at the site of the Regional Foreign Promotion Center of Russian High-Tech Companies and Presentation of Investment Projects and on the RSBC official website.

The Festival is held by the Production Center "Movie Start" with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.

The aim of the festival is to identify and encourage talented creative young people in the field of cinema; promotion of short films to a wide audience both in Russia and abroad; development of cultural relations between nations.

Russia-Singapore Business Council in cooperation with the Russian House in Singapore holds educational and cultural events in Russia and Singapore on annual basis, with the participation of Russian and Singaporean educational institutions, experts in many fields. Moreover, Russian Film Week is held on the basis of the RSBC, which traditionally arouses great interest among foreign audiences and guests.

It is also worth mentioning that the film screenings will feature Russian and foreign films produced over the past two years in three categories – Animation Film, Documentary Film, and Feature Film.

We invite everyone to visit and watch the film projects. We are confident that the film screenings will arouse the interest of the public, contributing to mutual understanding and respect between the peoples of different countries, understanding of culture and trust.

The schedule of screenings:

06 February, 7:00 PM – Animation Film (Teen and adult program, 12+)

07 February, 7:00 PM – Animation Film (Kids program, 6+)

08 February, 7:00 PM – “Adult Children” (12+)

09 February, 7:00 PM – For the First Time (16+)

10 February, 7:00 PM – Nearest and Dearest (16+)

11 February, 7:00 PM – Documentary Film (16+)
